The Artisan Bee Hotel from the Bali range is handmade from sustainable timber and hand-painted by Balinese artisans. It provides shelter for solitary bees like Red Mason and Leafcutter bees, attracting them with specially sized holes for laying larvae and protection during bad weather.
Installation: Place the Bee Hotel in sunny flower borders or planters, facing south to southeast to get mourning sun.
Maintenance: Wipe away any external dirt with a damp cloth, avoiding anything abrasive. You can disassemble the Bee Hotel to clean the trays once all the larvae have hatched.
