Harka-Dip is a general-purpose pigeon dip formulated to promote good plumage and hygiene while treating and helping to prevent infestations of external parasites, including lice, flies and mites. Easy to prepare and apply, it provides thorough coverage of the bird’s feathers to help maintain healthy plumage and improve loft hygiene.
Suitable for pigeons over 8 weeks of age or weighing more than 400g, Harka-Dip is an ideal addition to your regular loft health programme.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Dilute the content of the bottles in 9 litres (2 gallons) of warm water.
Hold the pigeon securely by the wings and immerse the bird completely, up to the head. Gently ruffle the feathers to allow the solution to penetrate fully before lifting the bird out, allowing it to drain, and gently squeezing excess liquid from the feathers. Return the bird to its perch and allow the plumage to dry naturally. The dipping process takes approximately 20 seconds per bird.
