Alfa-A Original is a pure alfalfa feed providing high levels of digestible fibre with a light molasses coating to improve palatability and encourage even fussy feeders. Supplying 10MJ/kg of digestible energy, it offers similar levels to a cool mix or cube, but with ten times less starch, making it ideal for horses in work, breeding stock and young horses needing controlled energy from fibre.
Naturally low in starch at just 2%, it is rich in quality protein to support topline and muscle development, while alfalfa’s natural buffering properties help maintain digestive health.
