Fast Fibre is a low-calorie, high-fibre feed designed to provide safe, controlled nutrition without excess energy. Supplying just 8MJ/kg of digestible energy and containing only 7.5% combined starch and sugar, it is ideal for horses and ponies that maintain weight easily or become excitable on richer diets.
With a fibre level of 26%, it supports digestive health while helping extend chew time, making it particularly beneficial for those with worn or missing teeth. Its formulation also allows it to be used as a partial hay replacer when forage intake needs to be supported.
Fast Fibre soaks in just 60 seconds, producing a soft, palatable mash that can be fed fresh at every mealtime. The recipe includes essential vitamins and minerals, including zinc and copper to complement typical UK forage, along with prebiotics to encourage a healthy gut environment. Added linseed provides a natural source of omega 3, and the formula is free from barley, alfalfa and molasses, making it suitable for horses with specific ingredient intolerances.
